If I had to use one word to describe my time with Lisa it would be “transformative.” I first started meeting with Lisa because I was feeling sluggish and stuck in a rut. I wanted to make BIG changes but I didn’t know how. I knew I wanted to get better sleep, more exercise and spend better quality time with my family; Lisa coached me through the barriers that were holding me back. She unlocked the mental block that kept me stuck and taught me strategies that lead me to be successful within the boundaries of my actual day to day life.

I am a wife, a mom of twin boys, a very hard worker (3 jobs, 7 days a week) and I devote lots of time to charity (a life of service is a beautiful life!). I have always put myself last. When I started working with Lisa, I wanted more stamina, I wanted to feel less bloated and “puffy”. I wasn’t intentional about losing weight, but I wanted to be healthy (diets are not my gig). I told her that I needed to take baby steps, and she assured me that was OK. I’ve been working with Lisa for several months now, and I have never been so happy. I am empowered! I still take care of others, but I don’t put myself last anymore. I feel like I am loving the journey. I haven’t been at this weight in over 15 years and I have lowered my blood sugar!
